• All pieces must be bone dry — no wet or damp clay accepted under any circumstances.
• Mark the base of every piece with your name or initials before drop-off.
• Inspect your work before handing over — we note pre-existing damage at drop-off and are not responsible for faults already present.
• Kiln loading and positioning is our decision to ensure even heat distribution.

• Glazing is done by you — we do not apply glaze on your behalf.
• If you bring your own glaze, all results and risk rest entirely with you.
• If your glaze runs onto kiln shelves, elements, or walls, you will be charged for cleaning or shelf replacement.
• Studio glaze: our basic range is included in the glaze charge. Specialty glazes are charged extra.

• We send a quote before loading — you must confirm in writing before we proceed.
• Payment is due on collection via UPI, bank transfer, or cash. Work is not released until paid.
• A minimum charge of 15% of full firing cost applies per booking.
• By-volume pricing is based on dimensions you provide — you are responsible for accuracy.

• Clay can crack, warp, or break due to trapped air, uneven drying, or glaze incompatibility — this is inherent to the firing process.
• MreeD POTTery is not liable for loss, cracking, warping, or glaze failure from factors outside our control.
• If something breaks due to a fault on our end, we will discuss it with you honestly.

• Collect within 14 days of notification.
• After 14 days: ₹10 per piece per day storage fee applies.
• Work uncollected after 60 days may be disposed of.
